all you need is a no cd crack and it will launch fine. the 1.4 .exe can be used with 1.2 game files. there are no changes there it will work badly on NVIDIA OPTIMUS (NVIDIA + INTEL LAPTOP SWITCHABLE THING) and crash frequently.
